New Song Lyrics "God Always Has Your Back" by George Hentu

;
Little boy no more then 8 years
Saw his mom with some bags and tears
He gently asked where is she going
She roughly replied "it's not your business"

Cursed marks covered his body
To help him deal with the tragedy
He got darker , his feathers burned down
Mighty sun took them out

Chorus

Because he knew:
After long time chasing shadows
Light comes and washes out
Leaves no doubt, you had to be found, to be found

Darkness can kidnap , but God always has your back
He will never lose your sight, even in your hardest fight, even in your hardest fight.

Second Verse

Little boy looks with pride at the past
His mom was crying, he was too busy with his life
The warrior that he became wears truth as his shield
So his mother's place is not  his battlefield.

Cursed marks turned into blessings
This was no longer a tragedy
His wings shine more then ever
His broken heart is gone forever.

Chorus

Because he knew:
After long time chasing shadows
Light comes and wash out
Leaves no doubt, you had to be found, to be found

Darkness can kidnap , but God always has your back
He will never lose your sight, even in your hardest fight, even in your hardest fight.

Little boy looks with pride at the past
His mom was crying, he was too busy with his life
The warrior that he became wears truth as his shield
So his mother's place is not in his battlefield.

HOW I GOT INTO MUSIC-The Story behind the song

When I was eight, my mom left me with my step grand mother so that she can run with her boyfriend (my step father ) in Italy.
As an 8 years old you feel so alone without your parents beside you, you feel like you are worthless.
Luckly, God was always there for me, guiding me and whispering  kind words to me, making me feel safe.
Now, I am 21 years old and my mom has a huge problem with the fact that I can't make enough time to hang out with her( I have a job, I can't afford to lose it!!! ) and it's quite funny how the universe put her in the situation that she put me when I was 8 years old.

Never leave your children behind!
